Presented by Julie Daidone, soprano and storyteller and Joanne Egan, Celtic harpist. Musical story time programs are presentations of stories and songs accompanied by the Celtic harp. The harp music provides a wonderful ambience and enhances the mood of our enchanting stories and folktales.
Celtic Stories and Songs- This program features folktales, music and songs from the countries of Scotland, Ireland and Wales. We finish the program with a colorful and fun tartan craft. It is appropriate for children in grades PreK-3 or for a family audience. It runs about 40 minutes.
Sweet Dreams- a gentle early evening program for young children with their families. It features a bedtime story, poem, and soothing lullabies. We round out the program with a hands-on craft activity- a fragrant lavender sachet. Appropriate for children ages 3-6 with their families. It runs about 30 minutes.
Music and Rhyme Sensory Story Times
Presented by Katie Egan, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant and Joanne Egan, Celtic harpist.
Music and Rhyme Sensory Story Times feature story books, rhyming, soothing harp music and gentle movement activities. The program content was chosen for young children with special needs and is designed to be a gentle sensory experience, but would also be enjoyed by any preschool aged child. There is a 20 minute social session for families offered at the end of the program while harp music is played.

Amazing Animals! The story books, music and activities feature a host of wonderful animals.
